Are you like me and sometimes (more often than I’d like to admit) pick up something like Christmas stationery only to discover that you had several packages already? This first week of January is a great time to give yourself a hand toward next Christmas. Take a minute to reflect on what worked well and what you’d like to do differently this year. What do you have plenty of (yep, covered for stationery here!)? What decorations need spiffing up or replacing? What gifts and supplies have you picked up on clearance to be ready for next year? What gift ideas came to mind during holiday discussions?
Make a list of it all and put it with the December page of your calendar.
If you love crafting for Christmas–decorations or gifts–consider setting aside the 25th of each month as “Christmas project” day. Every little bit helps, right? 🙂
